Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Field Service Technician in Massachusetts. The role involves on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial equipment to ensure reliable system performance and excellent customer service.

You will travel to customer sites on a structured schedule, handle warranty claims, start-ups, and service work as quoted by leadership, with a strong focus on quality service and building lasting client

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications preferred
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Strong technical and communication skills
• The ability to travel
• The ability to lift & work in varied environments
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state issued license is required

• Perform field service work including equipment start-ups, which activate factory warranties and are fully certified to complete this work
• Handle warranty claims, defects, and service repairs covered under warranty or service agreements
• Execute service work as quoted by the VP of Service and Parts or Sales Engineers, and travel to customer sites daily based on a structured schedule
• Focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships in the field
• Role is focused on being in the field, as they are rarely in office
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities

Pay Range:

$31.61 - $47.43.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
