Job summary

Pure Air Filtration, LLC seeks an Associate Field Service Technician in Norcross, GA to support installation, startup, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of air purification and odor control systems. You will travel to customer sites, learn field procedures, and assist with documentation and training under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to travel extensively, including overnight and weekend travel.
Willingness to learn technical products, equipment, and field service processes.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work under supervision.
Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers.
Basic computer skills and using Microsoft Office.
Commitment to safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist field service activities including media changes and routine maintenance.
Travel with experienced staff to support service projects.
Learn and follow field service procedures and safety rules.
Assist with equipment startup, verification, and customer training.
Document service activities and complete reports on time.
Identify safety concerns and escalate equipment issues as needed.
Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
