Job summary

Quality Equipment LLC in Loris, SC is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team at the Loris store. You will perform diagnostic and repair work on agricultural and turf equipment, disassemble and assemble components, and complete repair orders under the guidance of the Service Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of service repair experience, and the ability to work with diagnostic equipment and PCs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to write diagnosis and work completed on repair orders.
• Proficient knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems and/or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use PC and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must possess set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic diagnostic and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
• Disassembly, assembly, and repair of components and machines.
• Performs service tasks as directed by Service Manager.
• Prepares repair order forms detailing work performed.
• Reports additional work required to Service Manager for safe operation.
• Participates in training programs.
• Accounts for time and materials used.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Reports unsafe shop tools or equipment.
