Quality Equipment, LLC in New Bern, NC is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including AMS products. You will disassemble, assemble, and repair components and report additional work to the Service Manager.

Requirements include at least 3+ years of experience, knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems, and a valid driver’s license. A set of tools is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to write diagnosis and repair orders.
• Proficient knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical and/or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Must possess a set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic diagnostic and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
• Disassembles, assembles, and repairs components and machines.
• Reports additional work required to the Service Manager.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
