Job summary

Foodmate US. Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide first-level customer support for installed Foodmate systems and new installations.

You will test, diagnose, repair, and debug electro-mechanical processing equipment, and communicate with customers and management to ensure satisfaction. Candidates should travel extensively (up to 90%), read blueprints and electrical drawings, and document service activities.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical trade or equivalent experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Must be willing to travel up to 90% to service customer sites.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 90% to customer sites to install, service, and repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
• Document service reports and expenses in a timely manner.
• Provide clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Abide by safety policies and use PPE as required.
