Job summary

Foodmate US. Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support installed Foodmate poultry processing systems and new installations. You will test, diagnose, and repair electro-mechanical equipment and travel frequently to customer sites.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting service activities, and communicating with customers and management to ensure satisfaction. Occasional non-traditional hours and facility safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Two-years of technical trade or equivalent experience.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting and/or repairing electrical/pneumatic/industrial equipment.
• Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude with tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 90% to perform service tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair poultry processing machines.
• Document service reports and expenses accurately.
