Responsibilities:

• Perform routine service checks and maintenance procedures to ensure the optimal functioning of all machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct repairs on faulty machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to production processes.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Document all service and repair work accurately, maintaining a comprehensive record of all machinery and equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, continually enhancing your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, service, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
