Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years servicing industrial machinery or related equipment.
• Technical school, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair industrial granulators and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and machine health assessments.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and control logic.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support.
• Prepare service reports and quotations for replacement parts and field service.
• Recommend solutions that reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
