Job summary

Hiab USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and refurbishments on forklifts, knuckle boom cranes, loaders, and related equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot and refurbish forklifts and related equipment at customer sites.
• Follow safety rules and environmental requirements.
• Keep records and submit daily reports as required by management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maximize satisfaction per guidelines.
• Identify sales opportunities and communicate with management.
• Coach junior colleagues and trainees as needed.
