DETAILS: Field Service Technician - Coffee Machines

LOCATION: Washington DC, Maryland, Northern VA (Up to 100% Travel)

OVERVIEW: Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join an industry-leading organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing start-up, installation, warranty service, and general support for the Service Network/customers in your assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Field Service Technician

1. Provide technical and operational support for customers and partners.
2. Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects of machine installation, operation, and repair.
3. Repair and maintenance of coffee and espresso machines.
4. Provide superior customer service and maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication.
5. Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints when necessary.
6. Willingness to work various shift hours as assigned (including 10-hour shifts).
7. Must be able to travel and work independently.

REQUIREMENTS: Field Service Technician

1. High School Diploma/GED.
2. Experience with related work as a technician for a manufacturer or service provider is preferred but NOT required.
3. Ability to communicate with internal teams and clients.
4. Willingness to travel up to 100%.
