About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a broad range of dental equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with manufacturer specifications. You will partner with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and build trusted relationships through your expertise, communication, and commitment to service excellence.

What we are looking for

• Valid Restricted Electrical Licence (desired)
• Experience working in a technical field service environment, such as medical devices, technology, HVAC, or similar equipment based industries (essential)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
