Looking for an Experienced Field Service Technician in Dallas, Seattle, Portland, Denver, and St. Louis. This is a 100% travel position with pay up to $35 an hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing on-site, telephone, and email support to customers as part of a technical service support team.
• Traveling to customer locations across the USA to perform on-site training, installations, repairs, and maintenance on hardware and software.
• Traveling approximately 95% of the time with all expenses paid.
• Diagnosing complex technical problems and performing on-site repairs.
• Examining machines mechanically and electrically, dismantling and rebuilding as needed.
• Performing software updates on HMI and PLC systems.

Required Skills

• Skilled in electrical measurement and inspection techniques.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics, use test equipment, and interpret software coding for diagnostics.
• Familiarity with Windows-based computers for programming drives, PLCs, and control devices, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with AC and DC control circuits, sensors, switches, relays, timers, and fusing.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems such as ball screws, bearings, and gearing.
• High School Degree required.
