Bruno Independent Living Aids is seeking a service technician to install, repair and maintain stairlifts at customer homes. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring safety, reliability and a positive customer experience as you work with straight and curved rail systems.
This role requires a HS diploma, two years in repair, a valid driver's license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
The service technician is responsible for installing and servicing stairlifts onsite at customers homes. Their professionalism and skill directly reflect the American Stairlifts Brand and they are the key point of contact for a successful customer relationship.
Education and Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree from an accredited school in an appropriate field is recommended. Minimum two years in a repair and troubleshooting role required. A valid drivers license and good driving record is required.
Skills and Abilities: Expert understanding of installation and repair of straight and curved rail stairlifts. Troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment and ability to use technology to document repairs and maintain inventory. Strong communication and customer service skills.
