The Field Service Technician is a critical front-line member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional on-site service to clients throughout New York City and the surrounding area. This role includes performing routine service and maintenance, responding to urgent service calls, and installing, configuring, and testing new security and alarm systems. This Position Requires:

• Alarm, access control and CCTV installation and service experience including working with various alarm panels.
• Experience developing and maintaining system applications and network configurations.
• An electronics technician degree, military technical school or equivalent experience.
• Solid work record (at least two years is preferable)
• An ability to work and communicate confidently at all organization levels.
• An ability to work independently and recognize when to access available assistance and expertise.
• Valid NY driver's license and clean driving record.
