• Title: Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician.


• Location: Naperville, IL (We hire for many locations in US).


• Type of Job: Long term Contract/Contract to permanent.

Job Role/Duties

• Travel to various customer locations from the pickup parts location.


• Visit both business offices and residences to repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.


• Use your own car to travel and provide service to customers.


• Work primarily with Dell products (previous experience a plus).


• Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup parts location.


• Maintain professionalism in communication and attire.


• Be prepared for overtime work and extensive driving (300 miles per week).

Required Skills

• A+ Certification is mandatory (training/expired status also accepted).


• Dell or any product manufacturer certification is a plus.


• Good experience working on laptops and desktops is mandatory.


• Good experience on break/fix is required.

Important Points

• Once the job is offered, you must undergo a background check and driving record check.


• Complete free Dell certification training (online).


• Prepare to sign a contract agreement with the company terms.


• Pay will be paid biweekly for approved hours.


• Mileage will be reimbursed.
