We are seeking a Field Service Technician – ATM Support to join our team in the Oklahoma City area. This is an entry-level, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for individuals interested in launching a career in the high-demand ATM and POS technology sector. You’ll receive full training, OEM certifications, and gain hands-on experience supporting, maintaining, and repairing ATM machines and self-service financial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:Perform module-level maintenance and component replacements on ATMs.
Use diagnostic tools and logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors.
Accurately document service activity and maintain daily status updates.
Manage a personal inventory of parts and tools; submit daily reports.
Follow safety and compliance procedures at customer and financial institution locations.
Complete OEM-specific training and certifications.
Respond to daily dispatches for on-site technical support across multiple locations.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
0–1 year of experience in a technical or field support role.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Possession of basic hand tools (e.g., #1/#2 screwdrivers) and a smartphone (iOS or Android).
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, on-call, and overtime.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform work while standing, walking, or crouching.
Preferred:
Associate degree in electronics, IT, or a mechanical field.
Previous experience supporting ATMs, kiosks, or self-service equipment.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
