Job summary

ALogix Resource Group, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair and service equipment at customer sites across the United States. This role involves frequent travel with short trips and returns home between assignments, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in electrical or mechanical work on generators or engines, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train customers on correct use.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical or mechanical work experience on generators, engines or related equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and aptitude to determine equipment error causes.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and educate customers on equipment use.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Job description

Immediate need for a Field Service Technician to work on equipment at customer locations throughout the USA. Trips will be ‘short’ in nature (not for weeks at a time) so you will have ‘home time’

Desired Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical work, repair, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of generators, engines, or related equipment


• Strong troubleshooting and electrical/mechanical aptitude to determine cause of equipment error


• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment


• Help train and educate customers on use of equipment
