INNIO NES/WES, a division of INNIO, provides fully integrated CHP and DG power solutions through 10MW blocks. We hire results-focused professionals to support maintenance, repair, and commissioning of Jenbacher gas engines and related systems across multiple sites.

This role emphasizes customer service, technical expertise, and strong teamwork in a dynamic field environment. As a critical member of the NES/WES service teams, you will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and execute

Responsabilidades

• Must have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines.
• Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, valve adjustments, lubrication) and general servicing of equipment.
• Experienced using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
• Experienced in troubleshooting and repairs of engines and related systems.
• Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Willing to work in non-climate-controlled environments and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Travel to customer sites, including overnight travel, as required.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Must have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines.


• Perform preventative maintenance (oil change, valve adjustment, lube and check equipment)


• Experienced using tools (including diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools)


• Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams


• Experienced in troubleshooting and repairs of an engine.


• The ability to work well as part of a team.


• Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.


• Ability to travel incl. overnight travel.


• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook


• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.


• Must be able to communicate via telephone & email

Qualification Requirements:

• Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support,


• Empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers +7 years’ experience in a technical role or


• extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within (Field-)


• Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines) Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills


• Willingness to work in shift model (depending) and on call


• Experience working with electrical or mechanical systems


• Fluency in English a must


• Good interpersonal skills

Job specific knowledge:

• Strong communication skills…experienced in customer communications.


• Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player.


• Able to work efficiently without direct supervision.

Preferred:

• Multi-working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types.


• Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR6


• Mechanical RCA research and analysis exposure


• Previous field experience a bonus
