Job summary

AGS LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service and maintain gaming equipment across casino properties. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver top-tier customer support.

You will travel to client sites, complete detailed reports, and collaborate with internal teams. A driver’s license and flexibility to work varied shifts are required, with opportunities to grow through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Experience in electronics/computer networking; gaming experience bonus.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Flexible schedule incl. mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain NGCB license or other gaming jurisdiction licenses.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete timely, detailed reports.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot service incidents quickly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Join weekly on-call rotation with fellow technicians.

What Youll Do:

• Tech-Savvy Tasks: Dive into the technical sideinstalling, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment.
• Maintenance Master: Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products. You\'ll make sure everything runs smoothly!
• Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports like a protimely, detailed, and accurate.
• Customer Service Champion: Provide best-in-the-business service to our customersinternal and external.
• Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalat issues when needed.
• Inventory Hero: Keep track of the necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.
• On-Call Rotation: Be part of a weekly on-call rotation with your fellow technicians because sometimes, the game needs you 24/7.
• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and keep it cool even when troubleshooting in high-energy environments.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: High School diploma or GED
• License to Drive: A valid drivers license, vehicle insurance
• Tech Skills: You\'re a problem solver, with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking (no need to be an expert, well help you level up!).
• Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience? Bonus points!).
• Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility: A sometimes-changing schedule and the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (because gaming never sleeps).
• Compliance: Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Physical & Work Environment:
