Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician in the United States to install, upgrade and service gaming equipment across multiple casino locations. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot incidents, and complete detailed reports while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, with on-call rotation and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• License: Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Tech skills: Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking; gaming experience a plus.
• Tools: Basic computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility: Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Compliance: Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board or other jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and elevate issues when needed.
• Inventory Hero: Keep track of the necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.
• On-Call Rotation: Be part of a weekly on-call rotation with your fellow technicians—because sometimes, the game needs you 24/7.
• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and keep it cool even when troubleshooting in high‑energy environments.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• License to Drive: A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance.
• Tech Skills: You’re a problem solver, with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking (no need to be an expert, we’ll help you level up!).
• Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience? Bonus points!).
• Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility: A sometimes‑changing schedule and the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (because gaming never sleeps).
• Compliance: Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
