They're scaling quickly and need more people on the ground to support live projects.

Role Overview

You'll be travelling to customer sites setting up and fixing machine control, guidance systems, sensors, and other tech that's driving automation across construction equipment.

Where you will make a difference
  • Installing and troubleshooting systems on heavy equipment (excavators, etc.)
  • Working with hydraulics, electrical systems, GPS, and sensors
  • Travelling to job sites across the U.S.
  • Provide hands-on support and training to operators, making sure they get the best out of our solutions.
  • Diagnosing issues and fixing problems in real time
  • Share observations and issues with team to collectively resolve difficult problems.
  • Communicate and catalog detailed records of service visits.
  • If you like being out in the field and working on the tools, this is that kind of role.
Who you are
  • Experience working on heavy equipment / construction equipment
  • Strong mechanical + hydraulic + electrical troubleshooting
  • Comfortable being in the field and travelling regularly
  • Hands-on experience working with heavy machinery or similar equipment.
  • Willing to travel and work on the field frequently across the U.S. (up to 80%)
  • Able to work independently on remote job sites
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Nice to have (not essential):
  • Experience with machine control, GPS, Trimble, Leica, Topcon, sensors
Compensation & Setup
  • Guarenteed 40-hour week (average hours above 60)
  • All travel covered (flights, hotels, meals)

  • Full company paid Medical, Dental, and Vision
Why It's Worth a Look
  • Proper field-based role - not stuck in a shop or office
  • Exposure to modern construction technology and automation systems
