We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support the sales team, distributors, and end-users with technical inquiries and RMA processing related to our products. You’ll work closely with the Warranty division, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and relationships. The Field Service Technician reports directly to the Operations Manager for the division.

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support the sales team, distributors, and end-users with technical inquiries and RMA processing related to our products. You’ll work closely with the Warranty division, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and relationships. The Field Service Technician reports directly to the Operations Manager for the division.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to provide troubleshooting and repairs.
• Offer technical support to internal teams, distributors, and customers.
• Collaborate with the Quality/RMA Department to assist with technical troubleshooting, email communication, and documentation.
• Create and update technical marketing materials and published product information.
  
  

Field Service Technician Position Requirements

• Proficiency in the responsibilities listed above.
• Expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with butterfly, ball, globe, and pressure-independent control valves.
• Knowledge of electric motor and pneumatic actuators.
• Experience with electrical control systems like PLCs, BMS, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.
• Proficiency with tools like multimeters, signal generators, and power supplies.
• Understanding of Ethernet, BACnet, and Modbus networks.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, AutoCAD (2D), and 3D modeling software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Permanent work authorization in the USA required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in Texas
