As a Field Services Technician (NYS-Downstate), you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of workstation equipment, including cameras, scanners, PCs, and signature pads. The technician will need to complete proper inventory and asset recording processes before and during site visits.
Education: AAS degree in computer science is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in field service support and network cabling. 2+ years of experience with PC systems, related peripherals, structured cabling, common software programs, and operating systems. A valid driver’s license is required.
Standards: Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.
Skills: Ability to thoroughly and accurately perform inventory and asset recording and complete paperwork as required by the customer. The ability and willingness to travel (traveling during off-hours). Ability to perform final installation, repair, and configuration tasks on customer premises. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Working time: 40 hours/week. All other times as defined by the demands of the customers and department’s needs.
Lifting: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Clean Driving license/record.
