Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to support sales by servicing equipment and installing new systems at customer sites nationwide. This role requires meticulous documentation and strong customer service to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualified candidates live within 50 miles of a major airport and are willing to travel 90–100% of the time. Proficiency with MS Office, troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by servicing company equipment and documenting service activities.
• Install new equipment at customer sites and provide on-site solutions.
• Maintain accurate service reports, timesheets, and expense reviews.
• Operate safely within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to the corporate office and customers.

The Field Service Technician will

• Demonstratingapplicablecompanysoftwarecapabilitiestothecustomer

• Preparingtimesheetsservicereportsandinstallationformstimelyandaccurately

• MaintainingasafeworkenvironmentandoperatewithinOSHA/MIOSHAguidelines
