Position Overview

Field Service Technician – South East region (Charlotte, NC area).

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, maintain and repair marking, coding, and labeling equipment.
• Develop reports according to company reporting mechanisms.
• Attend training sessions and leadership meetings as required.
• Assist with office‑based duties when not in the field.
• Stay current on market and technical trends.
• Travel to customer sites 60% of the time, including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and troubleshooting electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Ability to identify customer needs and match solutions with company products/services.
• Knowledge of industry applications and market trends.
• PMMI certification (company provided).
• Computer literacy, especially MS Office; Syteline knowledge is a plus.
• Dependable vehicle and good driving record.
• Real ID or passport required for travel.
• Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated with a desire for personal and professional growth.
