Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing diverse hardware and software systems. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring all equipment functions at optimal levels. The Technician will also provide hands-on technical support and training to clients, ensuring system functionality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior NAVY CTM Experience required
• TS/SCI Clearance required
• Technical expertise in installing and maintaining hardware and software systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with routine inspections and ensuring equipment optimal performance
• Effective communication skills for providing technical support and client training
• Ability to work independently on-site in Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area
• Relevant certifications in technical fields, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
• Previous experience in the defense sector or related industries is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances
• Associate's degree or higher in a related technical field preferred
