Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Neuro Tech I to perform electroneurodiagnostic testing and provide direct patient care under supervision. The role supports pediatric to geriatric patients and collaborates with the Neurophysiology leadership team.
Responsibilities include professional judgment during procedures and participation in on-call rotations, with full-time hours and benefits. A high school diploma, CEUs in neurophysiology, and BLS certification are required.
The Neuro Tech I performs electroneurodiagnostic testing. Exercises professional judgement in performing of procedures, provides direct patient care to the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient under the supervision of the Manager of Neurophysiology, the Director of Specialty Practices and the Vice President of Professional Services
Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)
Typical Hours for This Position: Monday-Friday hours vary 6:30am-4:30pm; on-call rotation
Education: - High School Diploma or GED- required - Minimum of 30 CEU’s obtained over the first three (3) years of hire date related to neurophysiology procedures performed in the department- required
Certification & Licensures: - BLS Certification- required
Experience: - One (1) year healthcare related experience- preferred
