Job Responsibilities

• Provide start-up, training, and repair services of (water system) equipment in the field.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proper communication with customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess or obtain a valid passport within ninety (90) days of hire date.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software products.
• Professional and service-oriented communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in industrial laundry facilities, boiler/utility rooms, with varying climates.
• Providing and maintaining detailed service/expense reports in a timely manner.
