Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Troubleshooting, Installation, Configuration.
• Local Travel required for daily dispatch, a Driver's License, a Reliable Vehicle, and must pass a Drug Test & Background Check.
• A+ or Lexmark certifications are preferred but not required.
• Experience with printer maintenance and POS systems.
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri 9-6, On-Call Rotation, Virtual Office (Home Office). Must be able to complete self-directed training and have independent time management skills.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends products or services that best fit customer needs.
• Qualifications: An associate's degree or equivalent, with 0-3 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Works under immediate supervision; primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
