Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our on-site team in Atlanta. This full-time, year-round role requires hands-on exterior construction experience across roofing, siding, and gutters, with the ability to work independently on roofs and ladders.

You will diagnose and repair exterior issues, perform basic carpentry, transport materials, and ensure customers are satisfied. We provide a company truck, ladders and basic tools, with weekly pay and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on construction, maintenance or related field experience.
• Experience with roofing, siding and gutters.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to pass background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common roofing issues and exterior components.
• Address siding, gutters, and exterior repair needs on residential/commercial properties.
• Perform basic carpentry and general repair work; transport and handle materials.
• Climb ladders and access roofs as needed; work outdoors in varying conditions.

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit‑behind‑a‑desk job—and it isn't an entry‑level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands‑on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

Put Your Skills to Work

As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.

Your work may include:

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs
• Working with and repairing gutter systems
• 1 Identifying installation or maintenance issues
• Performing basic carpentry and general repair work
• Climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
• Handling and transporting materials

What You Bring to the Team

You'll be a strong fit if you have hands‑on experience in:

• Be comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands‑on field
