Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to repair and service the exterior of residential and commercial properties. You will work in the field, diagnosing issues, climbing ladders, and performing repairs with professionalism for customer satisfaction.

This full-time role offers a company truck, tools, and ongoing work year-round, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on construction experience.
• Experience with roofing, siding, and gutters.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Field Service Technician

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't an entry-level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.

Your work may include:

What You Bring to the Team

You will be a strong fit if you have hands-on experience in:

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands‑on field
