Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and repair exterior systems on residential and commercial properties in the Atlanta area. The role is full-time, year-round, with a company truck and ladders provided, and pays $22–$25 per hour plus benefits.

You will diagnose roofing, siding, and gutter issues, perform basic carpentry, climb ladders, and work independently in the field to deliver quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands‑on field.
• Hands‑on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common roofing issues.
• Address siding and exterior repair needs.
• Repair gutter systems and related components.
• Perform basic carpentry and general repairs.
• Climb ladders and access roofs as needed.
• Handle and transport materials and tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and established installation procedures.

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit‑behind‑a‑desk job—and it isn't an entry‑level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands‑on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.

Your work may include:

What You Bring to the Team

You'll be a strong fit if you have hands‑on experience in:

• Roofing
• Siding

• Exterior construction or home repair
• Basic carpentry

You should also:

• Be comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods
• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying environments

• Be dependable, organized, and able to manage your time effectively
• Have a friendly and professional approach when working with customers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands‑on field
• Previous hands‑on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR
• High school diploma or equivalent
