The Field Service Technician (FST) is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related equipment at remote sites, under the supervision of a Field Service Engineer. Additional responsibilities include supporting field service engineers and the site manager with maintenance tasks and general site upkeep. The FST may occasionally travel to other regional sites to assist with maintenance activities. This is a hands‑on role that requires working outdoors.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of industrial electrical systems and components. They must also be proficient in documenting maintenance activities, quality issues, and deficiencies using digital platforms.
