Overview

As a Regional Field Service Expert, you will collaborate closely with service technicians and Branch Service Managers in the field to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. You will demonstrate technical proficiency with Konica Minolta models and configurations tailored to client needs. This role offers the opportunity to coach and mentor service technicians, organize quality audits, and implement field policies, making a significant impact on client satisfaction and operational excellence.


Responsibilities

    • Provide onsite Multifunctional printer service and technical support as required.
    • Act as the primary field service escalation and resolution expert for clients within the designated region, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery.
    • Collaborate with field service technicians and Branch Service Managers to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Coach and mentor Konica Minolta Service Technicians on current equipment technology, best practices, and system integration.
    • Partner with the Client Services Manager to streamline and implement process improvements that promote agility and efficiency.
    • Technical proficiency with Konica Minolta multifunction printer models and configurations is required.
    • 5+ years industry experience as an onsite field technician
    • Up to 50-75% regional travel is required.
