Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a hands-on Contingent Service Representative to support water treatment and disinfection systems at a data center construction site.

The role includes extensive hands-on training and aims to develop a self-sufficient, independent contributor who can work with field testing, troubleshooting, and technical support while ensuring safety policies are followed on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform water chemistry tests and accurately record/report results.
• Maintain product and chemical inventories at the customer site.
• Provide technical support and elevate complex issues when needed.
• Support Sales Representatives with customer system assurance plans.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote best practices.
• Follow all site and company safety policies and procedures.
• Drive within the construction site as required.
