Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a hands-on Contingent Service Representative to support water treatment and disinfection systems for data center customers. This field-based role blends technical service, customer support, and sustainability initiatives while working independently at customer sites.

You will perform field testing, inspections, simple troubleshooting, record data, manage on-site inventories, and provide routine support. Safety policies must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in water treatment, industrial, or mechanical environments.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Associate degree or trade certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals.
• Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
