Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in troubleshooting, mechanical/electrical skills, basic chemistry and PLC communication knowledge, and proficiency with Windows/Office. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in Troubleshooting & Diagnostics.
• Mechanical and electrical skill set.
• Chemistry background and experience with industrial instrumentation including PLC communication.
• Good communication skills; proficient with Windows/Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, calibration and training of sensors and analyzers.
• Perform installation, testing and servicing of equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain field service kit inventory and document troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors to ensure successful installations.
• Support regional sales with technical input and demonstrations.
