Job summary

COATS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, train, and repair our tire and wheel service equipment at customer sites. You’ll become the specialist through a structured training program and will empower customers by demonstrating proper usage and techniques.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Base pay is $20.00 per hour with incentives; total earnings typically range from $20.00 to $36.00 per hour,

Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical degree a plus.
• 1–2 years in mechanical/electrical installation or repair.
• Proficient with electrical systems and comfortable with tech.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to travel daily in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install, train, and repair COATS equipment at customer sites.
• Lead on-site training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with tire and wheel service professionals.
• Identify unsafe conditions and escalate when needed.
