The role requires hands-on work with cameras, networking basics and Windows operating systems, plus travel to client locations. Excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s license are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field service experience.
• Familiar with cameras and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of basic networking and Windows OS.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Able to lift, climb ladders and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain video surveillance and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot systems to device level.
• Install and configure software/hardware as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance and firmware updates.
• Update and close daily logs and tickets.
• Travel to various NYC sites to install, repair, and maintain equipment.
• Use hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
• Run and manage cabling.
