Job summary

NRG Energy is seeking a Field Service Professional to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes across Springfield, MO. You will balance technical duties with consultative sales to upgrade solutions and drive customer satisfaction.

Expect a four-day work week (4/10), paid training, a take-home company vehicle, and ongoing coaching. You will engage daily with customers, perform installations, and grow professionally within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Strong sales mindset with ability to upsell smart home solutions.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude for wiring, devices, and home automation systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/licensing checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and cameras on-site.
• Evaluate homes and recommend upgrades and service enhancements.
• Educate customers on system use and benefits to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team for coaching and growth within the national organization.
