Job summary

GEA Group, based in Frisco, is seeking an experienced technician to provide technical support and perform repairs on electro-mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, have strong electrical and mechanical skills, and be able to work independently.

This position offers a salary range of $37.00 - $46.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for extensive travel. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on technical experience on electro-mechanical systems.
• Slicing and packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 90%) including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance of equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting.
• Train customers’ operators and maintenance personnel.
