• Maintains a minimum set of tools required for job performance.
• Cares for and maintains company machines/equipment and ensures co-workers do the same.

• Keeps personal service literature up to date and stays aware of industry changes.
• Tests, diagnoses and adjusts equipment failures; repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Disassembles components and cleans parts.
• Inspects components to maximize reuse and control repair costs.
• Creates repair estimates and supports quotes with documentation.
• Prepares parts requisitions, time cards, and service reports with legible, detailed entries.
• Monitors expenses against estimates and alerts lead on cost overruns.
