Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Successfully completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain necessary set of tools to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer's specifications.
• Document repairs and track repair times using appropriate software.
• Monitor job expenses vs. estimates and flag cost overruns before job completion.
• mentor others and contribute to team safety and efficiency.
