Job Juncture is seeking a Field Service Technician to support medium‑voltage electrical distribution equipment across the United States. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and train customers on complex MV systems, ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Travel up to 60% nationwide with work at the Rochester, NY facility when not traveling. Base pay is $52–$62 per hour, with overtime opportunities, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service experience with MV/HV equipment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and electro-mechanical knowledge.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience commissioning/proving protection and control systems.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willing to travel up to 60% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission MV equipment on-site.
• Troubleshoot and repair protection and control systems.
• Provide on-site customer training and support.
• Diagnose non-conformities and coordinate with engineering.
