Reprographic Products Group (RPG) is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to service and repair large-format printers, plotters, scanners, and related equipment across the DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania region.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to learn new equipment, and comfortable working independently at customer sites, with strong communication to the service team.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to learn unfamiliar equipment quickly.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service on wide-format printing and imaging equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, networking, and print-quality issues.
• Install parts, software, firmware updates, and equipment as needed.
• Work independently at customer locations while staying connected with the service team.
• Provide professional customer service to commercial, AEC, and federal customers.
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow through on service issues.
• Travel throughout the DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania service region as needed.
