Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service technician roles.
• Advanced knowledge in electrical, hydraulics, mechanics, or related equipment.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Able to perform moderate complex calculations.
• Experience with troubleshooting and performing repairs on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC equipment at customer sites.
• Handles customer comments, requests and complaints.
• Provides sales support ensuring customers are informed of all job aspects.
• Completes Field Service Orders and Field Spare Parts Tickets promptly and accurately.
• Communicates quality issues and documentation to Service Management.
• Completes field documentation after each service job.
