Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Field Service Technician II to deliver reactor services at remote nuclear power plants and service centers, reporting to the BWR Resource Manager. Location: Chattanooga site when not traveling. This role requires extensive travel (50-70%), working with hazardous materials, and maintaining unescorted access.

Travel and hands-on equipment maintenance are key. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and support engineering through training and performance-based

Qualifications

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Five years of related experience.
• Training in electrical, electronic, or mechanical curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot reactor services field equipment at customer sites.
• Provide service center support including equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Review procedures and drawings; suggest revisions.
• Support product engineering and training with equipment modifications and testing.
• Document performance issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Lead small teams and provide technical guidance as needed.
