Adaptec Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service and repair electro‑mechanical material handling equipment at client sites in Albany, NY. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyors, sorters, motors, gearboxes, lifts, and control panels while documenting work and coordinating with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade schooling preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical repair skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; interpret repair drawings.

Responsabilités

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electro‑mechanical material handling equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls within territory; some overnight travel may be required.
• Document work in the service system and maintain clear customer communication.
• Adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines; work independently with support as needed.
• Assist with wiring, testing, and commissioning of systems and 480V equipment.
