This entry-level position emphasizes learning standard service procedures under guidance from senior technicians and Regional Service Managers. You will develop foundational technical skills, follow established processes, and progressively become capable of independent field service work while traveling as needed and ensuring safe,

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Electronics, Industrial Systems, or related field.
• 0–2 years of technical or field service experience.
• Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of TARGAN systems.
• Support senior FSTs during service visits.
• Learn and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
• Develop understanding of mechanical, electrical, and system operations.
• Assist in preventive maintenance tasks.
• Escalate issues beyond current skill level.
• Maintain professional conduct at customer sites.
• Assist in completing Service Request Orders (SROs).
• Collaborate with senior technicians and participate in training programs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools/equipment.
• Travel and support schedules as required.
