Job summary

TARGAN Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on TARGAN systems at customer locations in Kinston and Lumberton, NC. This role requires diagnosing issues with WingScan and Vaccine Delivery System and providing high-quality preventative maintenance.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience with automated industrial equipment and an associate degree in electronics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment.
• Associate degree in Electronics, Industrial Systems, Electrical Controls, or related field preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on TARGAN WingScan and Vaccine Delivery System.
• Follow standardized troubleshooting processes and procedures.
• Support installation and integration of equipment at customer sites.
• Complete Service Request Orders (SROs) accurately and on time.
